One more week...

With about a week to go, it's time to start taking Mandi's temperature! The normal rectal temperature of a dog is 99.5° to 102.5°F. Generally, when it drops to 98 degrees, dogs are within 2-24 hours of going into labor. I'll be taking it twice a day so we can be prepared for a long night (not sure why but dogs always seem to go into labor at night). Today her temperature was 99.7 degrees which is normal and good because it's too early for puppies!
